Psychologist
I am a trauma-informed psychologist with a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults across a range of presenting concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in an eclectic mix of traditional Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I have a longstanding interest and practice in mindfulness, and have been a practitioner of mindfulness for nearly two decades. I am LGBTIQA+ affirming and am committed to providing a safe and accepting space for sexually and gender diverse young people and adults. I am also fluent in Cantonese and I can offer psychological services in this language.
Counselling

Supervision
I am a Board Approved Supervisor with a special interest in supervising school-based counsellors and psychologists, particularly in the areas of client management; therapeutic interventions; burnout; risk management and safety planning procedures; confidentiality and other ethical considerations; and development of wellbeing resources.
